Using an old manila folder, I folded it down to create an oversized pocket. I covered the tabs with scrapbook paper to give the illusion that it was created with a larger sheet of design paper.

I punched the openings. I used doolies and an altered book page. I added lace and ribbon for texture.

The finished project has bulk and is adorable.
