Crafter’s Companion Mini Album Die Cut Set

Prior to COVID (probably a couple of years prior), I purchased the Crafter’s Companion Precious Memories die cut kit on HSN.com. I got sidetracked and didn’t open it until 2 weeks ago when I was unpacking my die cut machine. I need to spend more time working with the individual add-on sets; however, my initial impression is good. Very good.

I watched a few videos on YouTube multiple times in order to get the spine glued, but stick with it. It is worth the struggle. Everything else fits into place. Here are some of the images of a mini album I am assembling using scraps of old Christmas scrapbook paper and Gecko Galz digital images. I’ve used a Tim Holtz die cut to hold the tags. Corner punchers make an image pop.

I’ve used scraps to make tuck spots. Bust out the die cut sets with tags. Affix the smaller round tags and narrow ones to a small brad to stack them together.

I like mixing old scrapbook paper with the images. It’s a great way to shop your closet.

We R Memory Keepers has reissued an envelope template kit. It is fantastic. Lay the template on top of the paper and rip. I purchased mine on HSN.com.

This is a work in progress. I will be adding more ephemera and elements to finish the book off.
